Blue Water and MissionSide Announce Merger
WASHINGTON, DC. July 29, 2019 – MissionSide has completed its acquisition of acclaimed DC-based digital agency Blue Water bringing together a suite of unparalleled strategic customer experience capabilities designed to build and operate transformative user touchpoints for their public and private sector clients.
Adam Slagowski, President and CEO of the combined companies explained the rationale behind the merger stating, “MissionSide’s acquisition of Blue Water combines a breadth of strategic customer experience planning, optimization, and operations capabilities that were previously available only from the large integrators. MissionSide, in turn, provides advanced business process operations strategy, capacity planning, deployment services and contact center operations to critical Federal government programs.

Adam Slagowski, Founder and President of MissionSide will take the role of CEO of the new entity, which will retain the name Blue Water. Current Blue Water President, Todd Coen will step into the role of Managing Director of the Blue Water subsidiary. Blue Water founder, Curt Schwab will stay on board as Chief Marketing and Sales Officer.
