AMCP - the nation’s leading professional association dedicated to increasing patient access to affordable medicines and improving health outcomes – lacked a coherent digital strategy for communicating and interacting with their nationwide members. This problem was exacerbated by the fact that they had 10+ competing digital properties with no clear content strategy.
Blue Water worked as a strategic partner with AMCP to develop and implement a comprehensive, multiyear digital strategy. Beginning with exhaustive research and stakeholder interviews, we developed a roadmap to consolidate their digital presence into 3 complementary websites running on Drupal 8 and hosted on Acquia. Blue Water also developed a content strategy, which will extend into future marketing efforts focused on member engagement and retention.
The new and re-branded AMCP site will launch in July of 2019 and promises to positively impact every aspect of their organization - from outreach and communications to easy and intuitive management of their digital properties.
